Ancarta Invitation & Community Terms

Here’s everything about your invitation, in plain English. Short version: pick a top and bottoms, pay for one, and the other piece plus a pair of White Classic Socks are free, on every order. No posting, no follower minimum, no card needed to join. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

1. Your 2 free items

• How it works. Add at least one top (anything in our Tops collection) and at least one bottoms (anything in our Bottoms collection) to your bag and use your private code. The lower-priced of those two pieces is free. One pair of White Classic Socks is free too when a pair is in your bag; our outfit pages add them for you.
• What you pay. The higher-priced piece, any extra items at their normal price, and shipping where it applies (section 3).
• For example: Vital Tank A$62 (free), White Classic Socks A$30 (free) and Vital Shorts A$67 (you pay). You pay A$67 plus shipping. Prices vary by country and may change.
• Every order, not just your first. Your offer isn’t one-time. It works on every order that meets these conditions while the offer runs. If we ever change or end it, section 10 explains how we’ll tell you first.
• The small print. Each order gets one free clothing piece and one free pair of socks; extra items are charged normally. The offer can’t be combined with another discount code (including a 15% code) and doesn’t apply to gift cards. Free items have no cash value.

2. Your private code

Your private code shows on screen the moment you unlock, and we email it to you. Our emails and outfit pages apply it for you, so you’ll rarely need to type it. It’s for your own orders, so please don’t post it publicly or on coupon, deal or cashback sites. If a code is posted publicly or misused, we may replace it, and if you’ve done nothing wrong you’ll get a new one.

3. Shipping

Shipping is charged at checkout at our standard rate for your country, unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Free-shipping thresholds are based on what you pay after your free items, not the full value of your bag. Rates, thresholds and any import duties are in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices show in your local currency where available.

4. Extra offers

Now and then we may send you an extra offer, such as A$10 off your first outfit. Each one has its own code, conditions and end date, set out in the message that delivers it. Extra offers never reduce your 2 free items.

5. A bonus: your own 15% code

When you unlock, you also choose a personal code that gives anyone who uses it 15% off (not gift cards, and not with other codes). Sharing it is completely optional. We may decline a code that is offensive, misleading, or uses someone else’s name or brand.

• Free pieces for sharing. For every 3 qualifying orders placed with your code, you earn a free clothing piece of your choice from ancarta.com.au, subject to availability.
• A qualifying order is placed by someone other than you, uses your 15% code, includes at least one top and one bottoms, has been paid for, and isn’t cancelled or fully refunded. Your own orders with your 15% code don’t count, and your 2 free items usually save you more anyway.
• Claiming. We email you a claim link that stays valid for 30 days. Shipping for a reward piece is charged at the normal rate. Rewards have no cash value and can’t be swapped for cash or credit.
• Refunds. If a qualifying order is later cancelled or fully refunded, it stops counting. A reward piece already sent to you is never taken back.

6. No posting, ever

You never have to post, and there’s no follower minimum. If you do choose to share your 15% code or post about Ancarta while you can earn rewards, clearly show your connection with us, for example “#ad” at the start of the caption or the platform’s paid-partnership label, keep it honest, and follow the platform’s rules.

7. Returns and exchanges

Orders with your free items follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy, like any other order.

• Wrong size? Exchange a free piece for another size within our usual 14-day window, subject to stock.
• Change of mind. Your free piece comes with the piece you pay for. If you return the paid piece for change of mind, please send the free clothing piece back with it, unworn and with tags. If it isn’t returned, we’ll deduct its normal price from your store credit or refund, never more than you paid.
• Socks that have been opened can’t be returned unless faulty, as our policy already says.
• Faulty or wrong items are covered by your consumer guarantee rights like any other item. Nothing here limits those rights, or any statutory withdrawal right you have where you live.

8. Emails and messages

• Emails. When you tick the box, you also agree to emails from us with outfit ideas, new arrivals, reminders and offers. Unsubscribe any time with the link in every email; it never affects your free items, your codes or your rewards.
• Always sent. Even if you unsubscribe, we’ll still send what you need: your private code and how your offer works, your 15% code, order and delivery updates, reward notices, and important changes to these terms.
• Instagram. Ruby or our team may message you on Instagram about your invitation, including the occasional extra offer. Just tell us to stop and we won’t message you about offers again.

9. Your privacy

When you unlock, we collect your name, email, Instagram handle, TikTok handle (optional) and chosen code, and we record orders placed with your codes. We use this to run your offer, codes and rewards, to contact you as set out in section 8, and to measure our advertising. Some of it is shared with service providers that help us do this, such as Shopify, our email provider and, in hashed form, advertising platforms like Meta (today, for signups that come from our Meta ads). We never access your Instagram account, and we don’t sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains how to access, correct or delete it.

10. If anything changes

We may change or end the offer, 15% codes, extra offers or rewards, or update these terms, for good reason, such as costs, the law, misuse or changes to our range. If a change reduces your benefits, we’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice by email and on this page. Changes never affect orders already placed. A reward you’ve already earned can still be claimed under the terms that applied when you earned it, and orders already counted towards your next reward keep counting.

11. Fair play

Please don’t post your private code or 15% code on coupon, deal or cashback sites or send it as spam, create extra accounts or place artificial orders to earn rewards, or pretend to be Ancarta or make claims about our products that we haven’t made. If we reasonably believe this has happened, we may stop counting the orders involved, replace a code, or close the membership. We’ll tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents us. We’ll never cancel genuine orders placed by other customers because of it.

12. Leaving

You can leave any time by emailing support@ancarta.co. Your codes may then be switched off, but any reward you’ve already earned can still be claimed within its claim period.

13. The legal bits

• Who these terms are with. These terms apply when you accept an Ancarta invitation (for example on Ruby’s invitation page) and tick the box agreeing to them, and also if you join through our Brand Rep application, where the same membership is called the Brand Rep programme. They’re an agreement between you and Ancarta Pty Ltd (ABN 66 689 165 553), “Ancarta”, “we” or “us”. Using someone else’s 15% code as a customer doesn’t, by itself, make you a party to them.
• Joining. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Please give accurate details and join only once. We may decline or close a membership on reasonable grounds, such as inaccurate details, a duplicate membership or misuse under section 11.
• Our relationship. This is a customer offer and referral programme. It doesn’t make you an employee, contractor, agent or partner of Ancarta, and you can’t act or speak on our behalf.
• Your consumer rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. If you live outside Australia, you keep any mandatory consumer rights where you live, including the withdrawal rights in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
• Liability. As far as the law allows, and apart from your consumer rights, we’re not responsible for indirect losses connected with the programme, such as lost income or followers. Nothing here limits liability for our own negligence, fraud or breach of these terms.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. This doesn’t take away mandatory protections that apply where you live.
• Earlier versions. These terms replace the version of 21 October 2026, which replaced the Ancarta Brand Rep Terms (last version 15 October 2026). Anything you earned under an earlier version is still yours.
