📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, you are welcome to return the item and we will happily ship the alternative size once the return has been received. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking our size guide and reading the product description on each item, as many products will indicate whether we recommend sizing up or choosing your usual size.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Free from scents, perfumes, deodorant, makeup or fake tan
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Received by us within 14 days of the delivery date

🔸 Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Purchases made using Afterpay (no refunds)

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items

Each Ancarta piece is inspected before shipping.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days via our contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A video if requested by our team
  • A short description of the fault

We’ll review your case and resolve it promptly.

📬 Return Instructions

To request a return:

  1. Visit our contact page and enter your details
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions including the return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Ancarta is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

🚫 Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Items stretched or damaged from incorrect sizing
  • Garments affected by makeup, fake tan, or other marks
  • Any item not meeting our return eligibility criteria
